Product Executive / Product Manager

As a Product Executive / Manager, you will work with vendors and cross-functional teams across product planning, go-to-market execution, channel development, and performance management. The scope will reflect your experience: Product Executives will receive guidance while developing core product and commercial capabilities, while Managers will be expected to lead initiatives, manage stakeholders, and take greater ownership of business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support product plans for assigned customer segments, including market analysis, positioning, pricing, launch readiness and lifecycle activities
• Translate product and vendor strategies into clear priorities, action plans and updates for internal teams and channel partners.
• Coordinate product launches, vendor programmes and campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify opportunities, potential risks and areas for product improvement.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market activities, sales enablement materials and channel initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, campaign results and product adoption, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
• Build productive relationships with vendors and partners while providing timely updates on products, issues and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant practical experience through other pathways will also be considered.
• Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are welcome to apply for the Product Executive level. Relevant internships, academic projects, part-time work or personal projects may be considered as evidence of capability and interest.
• Demonstrated interest in technology products, customer needs, market trends and commercial outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify insights and recommend practical actions.
• Good organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data analysis, digital marketing or product management tools would be an advantage.
• For the Manager level, 2–3 years of relevant B2B or B2C experience in product, category, channel, marketing or commercial functions is preferred, together with experience independently managing initiatives and stakeholders.
