SALES ENGINEER (MNC) #HYN

Location: West of Singapore

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join the Industrial Division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with consultative selling, developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads within the industrial sector

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Conduct product demonstrations, seminars and technical presentations

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions

• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate commercial terms

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Meet agreed weekly sales activity targets

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies

• Monitor industry trends and provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to build networks and generate new business opportunities
  

🎓 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering is required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confident in presenting technical solutions to customers

• Strong interest in sales, business development and customer engagement

• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment
