About the Job

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end KYC process for private banking accounts, ensuring strict alignment with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.

• Perform initial (Level 1) reviews on client documentation and profiles for completeness and precision within designated timeframes.

• Assess client risk ratings and refine risk mitigation tactics based on ongoing due diligence findings and transaction patterns.

• Partner closely with relationship managers, compliance units, and senior leadership to streamline workflows and resolve escalation points.

• Pinpoint opportunities to optimize and automate the existing KYC framework to elevate operational performance.

• Update and maintain static client records for the Singapore branch upon system access authorization.

• Execute ad-hoc tasks, special assignments, and management-led initiatives as required.

Skills and Requirements

• Practical experience in private banking KYC operational processes, including Level 1 document checks and profile verification.

• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and risk mitigation methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with relationship managers, compliance departments, and executive stakeholders to clear bottlenecks.

• Track record of identifying workflow efficiencies or automation opportunities within client onboarding structures.

• Familiarity with static data management and handling ad-hoc project deliverables in a banking environment.
