• Take complete ownership of end-to-end project execution, ensuring key key milestones and strategic deliverables are fulfilled efficiently.

• Partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders and key business partners to drive operational objectives and track project milestones.

• Maintain a highly active, execution-focused presence to guide initiatives from initiation through completion.

• Provide agile operational reinforcement to team members in the broader Business Support unit during high-volume periods.

• Apply fast critical thinking and rapid problem-solving skills to navigate fluid operational situations and unplanned challenges.

Skills and Requirements

• Prior track record operating within financial institutions, such as banking, insurance, or fintech companies.

• Demonstrated hands-on project management capability with direct involvement in driving critical deliverables.

• High level of personal initiative, adaptability, and comfort working within dynamic operational setups.

• Versatile team-player mindset, willing to step up and assist adjacent support functions when demand spikes.

• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and real-time problem-solving abilities.
