Sr. Engineer (Facilities & Maintenance)

Job Description

• Manage Building Management System (BMS) Integrated Factory Management System (IFMS)
• Introduce new & upcoming technological trends in facility engineering that positively impact current business practices and select solutions through research partners and strategic suppliers.
• Using data trend analysis to provide the cause, remedies, and make long term improvement
• Work with stakeholders and see through the successful applications and implementation of building facility maintenance systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs during all maintenance activities.
• Participate in engineering projects, including design reviews, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Plan and Carry out Preventive Maintenance programs (TPM) for facility, production machines

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in facilities and plant maintenance.
• Able to work independently with very little supervision and good interpersonal skills
• Able to write a detailed report and presentation for management review
• Proactively and innovative in creating project proposals, be able to adapt to changes
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Facility Engineering
