Stall Assistant (Halal Nasi Lemak Stall)

Full Time: $2200 ~ $2500

Working Days: Tuesday - Sunday (Including Public Holidays)

Full Time Working Hours: 6:30am to 3:30pm

Duties:-

· Prepare and assemble nasi lemak sets and side dishes according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistent taste, portion control, presentation, and freshness throughout all service periods.

· Support peak service operations by organizing ingredients, prioritizing orders, coordinating with team members, and managing preparation flow to ensure all orders are completed accurately and efficiently in a high-volume hawker environment.

· Perform quality checks on rice, sambal, and side items to maintain flavor consistency, correct temperature, and standardized plating; immediately address any deviations to ensure a reliable customer experience.

· Deliver prompt and professional customer service by accurately taking orders, processing payments, suggesting add-ons, and courteously resolving basic customer enquiries or concerns.

· Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by practicing proper personal hygiene, preventing cross-contamination, sanitizing workstations and utensils, and adhering strictly to stall SOPs and hawker centre regulations.

· Monitor ingredient levels and support inventory control by replenishing stock as needed, tracking usage, minimizing waste, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth and uninterrupted daily operations.
