Job Summary

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable IT solutions, leveraging expertise in .NET, J2EE, and Salesforce Service Cloud to drive technology modernization and integration aligned with customer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project development life cycles (SDLC) to deliver robust IT solutions that meet client requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies aligned with customer strategies, including cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, and legacy system modernization.
• Design and implement .NET and/or J2EE applications with strong data modeling and SQL skills to ensure efficient data management.
• Develop server-side .NET and/or Java components, applying Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles to build scalable web services and public-facing e-services.
• Architect and maintain high-performance systems through system design, performance tuning, prototyping, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including OmniStudio, Apex, and Salesforce Platform API development, to enhance customer service workflows.
• Integrate third-party systems using APIs, web services, or middleware platforms to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications and solution designs that support business objectives.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative, creative solutions addressing complex technical challenges.
