Beautician / Beauty Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Beautician to deliver high-quality skincare and wellness treatments. The ideal candidate will provide personalized care, build strong client relationships, and maintain exceptional service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Delivery: Perform professional beauty treatments, including facials, skin analysis, body care, and hair removal (waxing/threading/IPL).
  
• Client Consultation: Conduct consultations to understand skin concerns, analyze skin types, and recommend suitable treatments or packages.
  
• Product & Service Advice: Educate clients on home skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail products.
  
• Sanitation & Safety: Ensure all treatment rooms, machines, and tools are kept clean, sanitized, and well-maintained according to hygiene standards.
  
• Customer Service: Maintain positive client relationships, schedule follow-ups, and ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.
  
• Daily Operations: Manage product stock levels in treatment rooms and keep accurate treatment records for returning clients.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience as a Beautician, Facial Therapist, or Aesthetician in a salon or spa setting.
  
• Certifications: Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or CIBTAC/CIDESCO/NITEC is preferred.
  
• Skills: Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, product ingredients, and hygiene practices.
  
• Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly disposition, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
