Admin Executive

• Provide administrative support to project managers and the wider project team.
• Prepare, organise, distribute, and maintain project correspondence and documentation.
• Maintain project filing systems, registers, trackers, and electronic records.
• Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers on claims, certificates, delivery documents, and outstanding submissions.
• Assist with project reports, progress claims, cash flow information, schedules, insurance records, and related documentation.
• Support project meetings by preparing documents, recording key actions, and following up on outstanding matters.
• Coordinate routine purchasing and office supplies required for project operations.
• Set up, maintain, and archive project files in accordance with internal and client requirements.
• Support implementation of administrative processes and improvements to strengthen project document control.
• Work independently and collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, organisation, and effective prioritisation in a fast-paced project environment.
