Business Manager (GOV)

We are hiring a Business Manager (GOV)! Join us under our affiliated company, Challenger Direct+, where you’ll be part of a close-knit team that strives for progress and excellence. In this role, you’ll manage vendor partnerships, government procurement, and corporate deliveries while supporting growth with government entities.

Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9AM - 6.30PM

Job Description:

• Manage partnership with multiple external vendors.
• Onboarding government procurement system as a registered vendor.
• Handling government tenders and procurements.
• Onboarding more government entities.
• Respond Zendesk tickets and email for government enquiries.
• Liaise with vendors, retail operations and logistics to fulfill deliveries to corporate/GOV customers.
• Administrative responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Prior experience in government procurement, tenders, or B2G sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of government e-procurement systems (e.g., GeBIZ) is a strong advantage.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
