Document Controller

Responsibilities

· Managing project document flows between client and users in strict accordance with the Project’s requirements.

· Coordinating the setup of file management/archival system in line with management.

· Maintaining document archives – Both electronic & Hard Copy while ensuring allrecords-management activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirements

· Fulfillingdocument retrieval requests

· Liaising/ coordinating with the Project Management team for the Project documentation

· Proficiency in communication and coordination skills.

· Supporting preparation of Project reports and presentations

· Performing admin support for Project Management team

· Assist Cost & Contract function of the Project.

· Monitorthe licences/ insurances/ permits validity of the Project

· Coordinating meeting schedules for the Project Management team

Requirement

· PossessDegree or Diploma in Engineering/ Quantity Surveying/ Admin or any otherrelevant discipline

· Minimum 3 years document control and 5 years admin experience

· Be Proficient with Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint

· Be well organised and systematic

· Possess good communication skills

· Experiencewith Aconex, Fulcrum, ProjectWise, etc., is an advantage.
