F&B Service Crew (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Job Summary

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by ensuring a pleasant dining experience, supporting daily restaurant operations, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly to create a welcoming dining atmosphere
• Accurately take customer orders and serve food and beverages to meet customer expectations
• Prepare and clear dining tables efficiently before and after service to maintain smooth operations
• Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately for seamless transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas to comply with health standards
• Support takeaway and delivery operations by preparing orders and coordinating with delivery staff as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards consistently during all tasks
• Perform additional operational duties assigned by the supervisor to support restaurant functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage but not required
• Positive attitude with effective customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Openness to training and skill development
