CONTROL ASSISTANT

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Control Assistant to join our team.

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio (AMK)
Working Days: 6-day work week

Working Hours:

6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Two shifts (subject to roster and operational requirements).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate patient meal orders and ensure timely meal production and delivery.
Receive and process diet changes and special meal requests.
Liaise with wards, dietitians, and the kitchen to ensure accurate meal service.
Ensure meal slips, diet information, and records are accurate and updated.
Handle enquiries, resolve meal-related issues, and maintain proper documentation.
Skills and Education Requirements
Basic computer skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
