Clinic Assistant

🚨 We're Hiring: Permanent Full-Time Clinic Assistant

Join our friendly GP clinic team! If you're organised, enjoy interacting with people, and don't mind shift work, we'd love to hear from you.

⏰ Working Hours

• Morning shift: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evening shift: 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Up to 44 hours per week (rostered schedule)

• Must be comfortable working shifts

• Required to work 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) every week

• Clinic operates 7 days a week, including Public Holidays, so rostered work on public holidays is expected.

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Register patients

• Check corporate medical benefits (TPA, CHAS)

• Dispense prescribed medications

• Collect payments

• Process corporate insurance claims

• Perform basic housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and organised
