职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 前厅综合服务员工 / Bakery Retail Service Crew

综合前厅岗位，培训后按陈列销售、外场引流、收银切包或水吧工位安排并轮换。 / Cross-functional front-of-house role; rotate among retail display and sales, customer engagement, cashiering and slicing, and beverage-counter duties after training.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 陈列销售：接待顾客、介绍产品、陈列和补货 / Retail display and sales: greet customers, explain products, display and replenish items

• 外场引流：协助试吃、招呼顾客和管理排队 / Customer engagement: support sampling, greet customers and manage queues

• 收银切包：收银、切包、加热、打包和交付 / Cashiering and slicing: handle payment, slicing, reheating, packing and handover

• 水吧：制作及出品简单饮品，保持水吧整洁 / Beverage counter: prepare and serve simple drinks and keep the counter clean

• 接受交叉培训，并按营运需要轮换工位 / Complete cross-training and rotate stations based on operational needs

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 有餐饮、烘焙、零售、水吧或饮品制作经验者优先。 / Experience in F&B, bakery, retail, beverage counter or drink preparation is preferred.

• 学历 / Education: No Formal Qualification / 无学历要求

• 语言 / Language: 中英文均能用于工作沟通及顾客服务。 / Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.

• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能长时间站立、轮班，并在培训后使用POS、切片机、加热设备和简单饮品设备。 / Able to stand for long periods, work shifts and use POS, slicers, heating equipment and basic beverage equipment after training.

• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 顾客服务、陈列销售、外场引流、排队管理、收银、切包打包、简单饮品制作、轮岗 / Customer service, retail display and sales, customer engagement, queue management, cashiering, slicing and packing, simple beverage preparation, station rotation

工作时间 / Work Schedule

每周工作6天，每天9小时，根据排班安排。 / 6 working days per week, 9 hours per day, based on the roster.
