Finance Director (Healthcare/ Up to $14,000) Ref: GAS

Our client, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, and governance.
• Provide regular and accurate financial information and strategic insights to the CEO and Board.
• Develop and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance to support effective organisational management.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities, services, and initiatives to support organisational growth.
• Develop business cases and financial models to assess the feasibility and sustainability of new projects.
• Lead funding initiatives by identifying grants, sponsorships, philanthropic funding, and other funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, healthcare providers, community organisations, and corporate partners.
• Drive business development through market analysis, innovation, and the implementation of sustainable funding models.
• Monitor organisational performance, optimise resource allocation, and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum8 to 12 years of relevant finance and leadership experience in a Senior Financial management position
• Experience in strategic planning, financial modelling, budgeting and business development
• Strong understanding of financial governance, risk management, compliance and internal controls
• Experience working with boards, senior management, government agencies, funders and external stakeholders
