Finance Executive (3 Months Contract)

- Salary: Up to S$3000
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday,8.15am – 5.30pm
- Location: Jurong East
- Employment Type: 3 Months Contract
A leading global MNC in the logistics industry is seeking an experienced Finance Executive to support centralised accounting and reporting functions across the organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily local and overseas remittances
- Handle condo deposit cheque issuance, cancellation and renewal
- Process inter-company invoices
- Manage petty cash and e-claims
- Handle accounting entries relating to HR, monthly prepayments and agent commission reversals
- Prepare balance sheet and audit schedules
- Update daily bank balances and perform bank reconciliations
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy
- Hands-on accounting experience with full set of accounts
- Experience in Shared Services and/or freight forwarding & logistics is preferred
- Experience with SAP accounting system is preferred
