Administrative & Teaching Support

• Records & Inventory: Maintain and update data records, including stocktaking of teacher resources and inventory.

• Teaching Resources: Prepare materials and aids to be used in classrooms.

• Relief Coordination: Assist Heads of Department with relief duty matters when required.

Student Safety & Supervision

• Safety Chaperoning: Supervise students during recess play and act as a safety chaperon during student arrival/dismissal and external learning journeys.

School Event Support

• Event Operations: Provide administrative support during school events, such as ushering for Parent-Teacher meetings or managing registration counters for concerts.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM (includes a 45-minute lunch break).

• Friday: 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM (includes a 45-minute lunch break).

• Off Days: Weekends, gazetted public holidays, and December

Working Experience

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience working as a Teacher Assistant or Teacher Aide in a primary school.

• Education: Preferably Secondary 4 education or equivalent.

• Technical Proficiency: Preferably conversant in MS Word and MS Excel.
