Temp Batch Checker x6 [School/3 DAYS]

• Location: Pioneer
• Work Timing: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Salary: $14–$16 per hour
• 3 Days Assignment: 26 November, 3 December, 8 December

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify that total marks in raw marks files are accurately calculated and total 100%.
• Accurately transfer marks from raw marks files to the corresponding mark lists.
• Cross-check mark lists against raw marks files, including student names, mark order, and individual marks.
• Identify and report mark discrepancies, calculation errors, incorrect transfers, and assessment components that do not total 100% to the Programme Coordinator.
• Escalate any other errors, exceptions, or matters requiring clarification.
• Recheck corrected marks after amendments have been made to ensure accuracy.
• Complete and sign the required declaration forms upon completion of the checking process.
• Provide final sign-off once all corrected marks have been verified.

• Able to commit to all 3 days.
