*Urgent* Prepaid Ambassador / Retail Assistant - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Jurong Point
Salary: $2,300/month
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Off Days: Fixed Thursday & Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their enquiries regarding prepaid services, plans and promotions.
• Introduce and promote prepaid products and services to customers.
• Encourage customers to download and use the relevant mobile app.
• Provide basic guidance to customers on app usage and features.
• Attend to customers at the retail counter and provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist with basic retail operations and ensure the counter/display area is well maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information or escalate issues when necessary.
• Support promotional activities and campaigns at the retail outlet.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, customer service or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to provide friendly service.
• Able to work for long hours and stand for extended periods.
