Product Manager (Technology) | 12 Months Contract ( Central )

Job Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define problem statement.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
• Create a product roadmap and work with the team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Work with designers and software engineers to develop, test and release product.
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.
• Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.

Job Requirement

• Proven track record of driving business outcomes through product ownership.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build and release products.
• Demonstrated experience defining success measures and using data to guide product decisions.
• Experience engaging directly with users and stakeholders to define problems and drive adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, prioritising to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional.
