Business Transformation Consultant | Up to $10,000

Job Responsibilities

• Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs.
• Collect data to identify the root cause of the organisation’s problems.
• Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements, to improve the organisation’s information systems and product quality.
• Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Translate the organisation’s business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
• Work closely with the organisation’s key stakeholders to provide desired re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organisation’s objectives.

Job Requirement

• Experience with business process modelling, process design, requirements management, and project management.
• Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques.
• Experience applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritise and define requirements.
• Ability to develop process metrics and performance indicators.
• Track record of delivering operational process improvement initiatives end to end.
• Experience working within or alongside the technology industry. Demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training.
