Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analyst for one of our clients in Singapore and your role is as below:

Nature of Service

-Design solutions and support transition strategies with track leads
- Work with product owners to gather and assess business requirements, including future-state processes
- Facilitate coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and system teams
- Document process flows and models
- Support sprint planning and execution to ensure timely delivery
- Support daily operations, including triaging of support tickets.

Technical skills

• Relevant credentials and qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience performing the role (5 years for Senior Deployed Staff)
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for systems involving finance rules and payment processing
• Operational experience supporting or trouble shooting systems handling financial transactions
• Familiarity with government grant application processes and requirements
