Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

·Liaise between the Customer's stakeholders and the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered

·Write and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria for the product backlog

·Support product backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions

·Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements

·Lead, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for end users , ensuring they are equipped to use effectively

Additional experiences:

·Experience working in Agile teams, including writing user stories and participating in sprint ceremonies

·Experience with tools like Confluence, JIRA, or similar product management and documentation platforms is a plus
