Job Title: Staff – Letter Fulfilment & Data Entry (Application Fulfilment)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive and process online and hardcopy applications.
• Scan, enter, update and maintain application data and documents.
• Track applications through to outcome-letter mailing.
• Maintain accurate records and filing in accordance with SOPs.
• Handle public enquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Follow authority procedures, confidentiality and security requirements.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level or recognised equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Assistance Scheme Application Processing, government assistance, social welfare or similar programmes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to clear Singapore Government internal security clearance.
