Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Deliver exceptional and personalised service to VIP, long-stay and repeat guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless stay from arrival to departure.
• Create warm and memorable guest experiences by maintaining a strong presence in the lobby and public areas, handling enquiries and building lasting guest relationships.
• Manage guest feedback and service recovery professionally, resolving concerns promptly and coordinating effective follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to communicate guest preferences, uphold service standards and deliver a consistent premium hospitality experience.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest services, front office, customer service or hospitality, with a strong guest-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback, complaints and sensitive situations professionally.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable and able to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Proficient in hotel property management systems is an advantage, with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
