Administration Assistant

Job Description

• Attend to students’ requests and enquiries at the General Office.
• Assist students who are unwell or have minor injuries.
• Receive and process forms and documents submitted by students.
• Record incoming and outgoing mail.
• Sort and file General Office documents.
• Perform basic data entry and document sorting.
• Receive deliveries from vendors.
• Provide general administrative support as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English, NITEC (Office Skills), or GCE ‘N’ Level certificate.
• Candidates without the required qualifications butwith relevant work experience may be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
