Administrative Support Personnel

Job Description

• Provide non-teaching administrative support to teaching staff
• Supervise pupils during recess, lunch and dismissal
• Provide teacher relief support for classes and CCAs
• Prepare teaching resources and materials
• Scan exam answer sheets and assist with examination duties
• Support Prelims, PSLE and P1 Orientation administrative activities
• Assist with food orders and preparation of examination resources
• Support resource counting, packing and distribution
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience working with children aged 7–12preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability tomultitask
• Able to work independently
• Medically fit
