AIR FRIEGHT COORDINATOR | EAST| VARIABLE BONUS ML6

Basic Salary: $3500 - $4500

Working Location: Airline Road

Working Hours: Mon- Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)

Responsibilities:

• Manage air export shipments from booking to departure.

• Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents, warehouses, and trucking teams.

• Handle flight bookings, cargo arrangements, and shipment schedules.

• Prepare and check export documents, including MAWB, HAWB, invoices, and packing lists.

• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure shipments meet deadlines.

• Monitor cargo collection, delivery, and airline handover.

• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and agents.

• Handle shipment changes, delays, rollovers, and operational issues.

• Prepare pre-alerts and maintain accurate shipment records.

• Update shipment details and coordinate billing with the accounts team.
