Senior Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Job Summary:

• Up to $4,300 + Attractive Incentive

• Performance Bonus

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Located at Changi Business Park

Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive (B2B) with strong sales hunting experience to develop new business opportunities and grow the customer portfolio. This role is ideal for an independent and results-oriented salesperson who enjoys building client relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers through proactive sales hunting and business development activities.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate sustainable business opportunities.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and drive opportunities through to successful closure.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while working closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Skills/Experience Required

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Around 3 years of proven sales hunting / B2B business development in freight forwarding experience.

• Self-driven individual contributor who is comfortable working independently.

• Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.

• Results-oriented with the ability to work towards monthly sales targets.
