Product Manager

Job Scope

• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for Client.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements, market trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnerships to identify product and business opportunities.
• Translate business and product strategies into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, and prioritized development backlogs.
• Lead and coordinate product development activities from discovery, planning and design through development, QA, testing and product launch.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, workflows and UI/UX concepts aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project/product timelines, coordinating dependencies and deliverables across engineering, QA, operations, sales and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate new product ideas and support business cases, including ROI, build-vs-buy analysis, product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Prepare product documentation covering business requirements, use cases, functional/technical requirements, product roadmap and implementation plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet product requirements, quality standards and business objectives.
• Support system integrations and interoperability with external platforms, partners and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop performance reports and analyse product data/KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
• Support product rollout, stakeholder communication, user training and adoption to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate solutions across relevant customer and market segments.

Description of Deliverables

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required in product strategy and roadmap for both B2B and B2C.
• Product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle plan for Client.
• Market, customer and competitor analysis with identified product opportunities.
• Business cases covering product requirements, use cases, ROI and build-vs-buy considerations.
• Detailed product requirements, user stories, workflows and technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Product development and implementation timelines covering cross-functional dependencies.
• Product design, user journey and UI/UX requirements aligned with customer and business needs.
• Product documentation, release plans and rollout materials.
• KPI/performance reports and data analysis to support product improvement and decision-making.
• Coordination of development, QA, testing, integration and product launch activities.
• Stakeholder engagement, user training and post-launch support to drive adoption.
• Go-to-market, product positioning and messaging materials for commercial initiatives.
