Trade Finance & Treasury Operations Executive (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Manage and administer trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Documentary Collections.

Monitor and support the allocation and utilisation of banking and credit facilities across business units.

Liaise with banks and external financial institutions on credit facilities, operational matters, documentation, mandate maintenance, KYC requirements and issue escalations.

Maintain effective working relationships with banking partners and ensure timely resolution of operational and documentation matters.

Perform transactions and administrative activities through treasury management systems (TMS) and electronic banking platforms.

Support day-to-day treasury operations and ensure transactions and records are accurately maintained.

Participate in and coordinate multiple treasury-related projects, including system enhancements, process improvements and implementation activities.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, issue tracking and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve treasury and trade finance processes, workflows and controls.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to ensure smooth execution of treasury and trade finance activities.

Perform other treasury, trade finance and banking-related duties as assigned.
