WE ARE HIRING — HR MANAGER

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Manage onboarding, probation and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations and workplace matters.
• Coordinate payroll, leave and attendance.
• Develop HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance reviews and employee development.
• Coordinate training and staff engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and manpower analysis.
• Provide HR advice and support to management.
• Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.

Working Arrangement: 5-day work week
