Technician (Preventive Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance (PM) activities at customer sites.
• Support quartz PM, including quartz tube, jig and injector replacement/loading.
• Carry out basic robot PM, including cleaning, greasing and component replacement.
• Assist with installation of valves, pipes and heater jackets.
• Handle parts, tools and equipment logistics.
• Support engineers with troubleshooting, installation and maintenance activities.
• Maintain 6S standards, including cleaning, labelling and housekeeping.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any technical discipline.
• No prior semiconductor experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom/fab and customer site environment.
• Hands-on, willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and a good team player.
