Job Summary

Manage and oversee construction projects in Singapore, ensuring site operations, schedule adherence, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Plan, monitor, and adjust project schedules to meet timelines and milestones
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Enforce workplace safety and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe site environment
• Review, coordinate, and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare detailed site reports and maintain project documentation for transparency and tracking
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly to avoid delays and maintain quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience
• Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Singapore construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and coordinating drawings
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
• Ability to manage subcontractors and lead site workforce
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards
• Good command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication
