About the Role

A Specialist, Recruitment is sought to support high-volume recruitment for non-executive positions.

The role covers the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, as well as supporting mass hiring activities.

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and other channels.

• Support high-volume hiring, recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews and hiring drives.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Handle documentation, onboarding and new joiner orientation.

• Maintain recruitment records, KPIs and reports.

• Support other recruitment/HR initiatives as required.

• Support weekend recruitment events when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Diploma in HR, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Experience with SuccessFactors/ATS, Microsoft Lists or Power BI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and fair employment practices.
