We are currently looking for:

• Sales Manager – Full-time
• Front of House Staff – Full-time/ Part-time
• Club Manager — Full-time
• Assistant Club Manager — Full-time
• Personal Trainer — Full-time/ Part-time
• Group Fitness Instructor — Part-time

Work Locations

Successful candidates will be based at one of our 14 clubs

Your final placement will depend on your experience, therole you're applying for and business requirements.

Who You Are

• You’re passionate about fitness, people and helping others achieve their goals.
• You’re comfortable with sales and performance targets. You understand that great fitness professionals don’t just coach — they know how to build relationships, identify what clients need and confidently recommend the right solution.
• You have a growth mindset. You’re open to feedback, willing to learn and actively looking to build your skills and career.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You can build rapport quickly, communicate clearly and make members feel comfortable and supported.
• You’re proactive and accountable. You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on your commitments and don’t need to be constantly chased.
• You’re interested in building a career in the fitness industry — not simply looking for a job to fill the time.

Strongly preferred:

• Relevant fitness, personal training or industry certifications for fitness roles.
• Experience in the fitness industry, club operations, sales, customer service or team management.
• Group fitness or class coaching experience.
• A track record of achieving sales, performance or business targets — in fitness or elsewhere. If you’ve consistently delivered results, we want to hear about it.
• First Aid + AED certification, or willingness to obtain it.

This Role May Not Be For You If…

• You’re looking for a role where performance and results don’t matter.
• You see sales as something that is separate from coaching or member service.
• You prefer to be told what to do rather than take ownership and initiative.
• You’re uncomfortable with feedback, learning new skills or being held accountable for results.
• You’re simply looking for a short-term stopgap rather than an opportunity to grow with a team.
