Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Interior Design and Renovation
• Position Title: Site Coordinator (Interior Design / Renovation)
• Working Location: East Region
• Working Hours: 6 days (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentive + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review project contracts, interior design drawings, specifications, and the agreed renovation scope.
• Coordinate and monitor daily site activities with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure work follows the agreed design, drawings, and project schedule.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding work, pending deliveries, and rectification work.
• Identify site issues, delays, or discrepancies and report them to the Interior Designer.
• Coordinate the different trades on-site to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site checks and update the Interior Designer on project progress.
• Assist homeowners with enquiries about site progress and non-design-related matters.
• Coordinate defect rectification and outstanding work.
• Assist with handing over the project to the homeowner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• No prior interior design or renovation experience is required; training will be provided.
