Job Summary

You will assist in producing custom-made orthotics and shoe insoles through hands-on manufacturing, machinery operation, and detailed finishing work. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture custom-made orthotics, shoe inserts, and insoles that meet quality standards
• Process raw materials into finished orthotic products efficiently and accurately
• Operate sanding and grinding equipment to shape and finish plastic materials with precision
• Cut, shape, select, and glue orthotic components for accurate assembly
• Perform finishing and assembly tasks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Maintain and monitor raw materials and production inventory to support continuous workflow
• Keep the production and work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Assist with additional insole and orthotic production tasks as assigned
• Complete other ad-hoc duties promptly and responsibly

Required competencies and certifications

• Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
• Manage time and organize tasks to meet production deadlines efficiently
• Work independently while following detailed instructions carefully
• Demonstrate self-motivation and responsibility to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Perform hands-on production work and operate machinery safely after training
• Apply strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy

Other Information

• Location: Marymount, Singapore
• Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 per month for Full Time; part-time salary/rate can be stated separately
