Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone and email to understand their needs, answer enquiries and provide relevant information.
• Qualify and categorise potential clients based on their requirements and arrange appointments for Show Suite previews with the Leasing & Marketing Team.
• Support the Leasing & Marketing Team with follow-ups, administrative coordination and other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, with confidence in handling phone conversations and customer enquiries.
• Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage client follow-ups and appointment coordination effectively.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and supporting leasing and marketing activities.
