Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable fashion products.
• Assist with sales activities, product presentation, stock replenishment and daily store operations.
• Process customer payments and transactions accurately while supporting the team in achieving store sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, fashion, customer service or sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Interested in fashion, retail sales and customer engagement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and supporting daily store operations.
• Willing to work at Tampines Mall according to the assigned retail schedule.
