Job Scope:

• Operate injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and semi/full automation systems to manufacture and assemble medical components.
• Monitor machine parameters, cycle times, and material flow to ensure stable production and product consistency.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded parts, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Record hourly production data, rejects, and process deviations accurately in production logs.
• Comply with ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, cleanroom, hygiene, and all workplace safety and PPE requirements.
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, and process abnormalities to supervisors, and assist with minor machine adjustments when required.
• Carry out basic machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and support equipment upkeep to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S principles and company standards.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Company, Manager, or Supervisor as required.
