SAP Manager / Senior Manager – Finance (FI/CO)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Manager / Senior Manager – Finance (FI/CO) to lead SAP Finance transformation initiatives, support client advisory engagements, and contribute to pre-sales activities across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO, solid experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders, lead workshops, and support solutioning and sales pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance (FI/CO) business process design and functional solution architecture for SAP transformation and S/4HANA projects.
• Conduct client workshops and advisory sessions to understand business requirements and assess finance transformation needs.
• Advise clients on S/4HANA Finance transformation feasibility, roadmap, and best practices.
• Manage and drive end-to-end SAP project delivery across the APAC region.
• Ensure project delivery is aligned with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP Finance processes and identify opportunities to optimise finance operations.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams on integration across SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and provide ongoing advisory support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong SAP Finance experience.
• More than 10 years of professional SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and CO.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects.
• Strong experience leading client workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and finance transformation discussions.
• Experience supporting or driving pre-sales activities, including proposals, presentations, solution demonstrations, and client engagements.
