Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to own, operate, and scale our HubSpot Marketing Hub engine. Reporting to the Creative Tech Lead while collaborating closely with our Performance Marketing Manager and Creative Strategist, you will build lead-nurturing workflows, optimise email deliverability, set up multi-market segmentations, and turn campaign data into actionable performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lifecycle & Campaign Automation:

• Design, build, and troubleshoot contact-based workflows, automated drip sequences, lead-scoring rules, and trigger-based journeys.

• Build and manage behavioural segmentation lists to support targeted multi-market campaigns.

1. Campaign Execution & Optimisation:

• Build, QA, and schedule email (EDM) sends, landing page triggers, and lead capture forms.

• Conduct continuous A/B testing on email subject lines, send times, messaging, and CTA placements to improve deliverability and open/click rates.

• Manage domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and sending reputation to maintain top-tier email deliverability across regions.

1. Tracking, Analytics & ROI Reporting:

• Own campaign tracking architecture (UTM parameters, form tracking, conversion pixels) across non-HubSpot pages and ad channels.

• Build custom HubSpot reporting dashboards that track conversion funnels, funnel velocity, and campaign ROI.

1. Database Hygiene & Integration Support:

• Maintain CRM health—enforcing deduplication rules, list suppression, and clear contact property structures.

• Collaborate with developers and compliance stakeholders on tracking scripts, webhooks, and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimising HubSpot Marketing Hub (HubSpot Certification is a major plus).

• Deep experience in building multi-step workflow automations, lead scoring, list segmentation, and email deliverability best practices.

• Strong technical grasp of tracking (UTM parameters, tracking scripts, webhooks) and campaign analytics.

• Practical understanding of email deliverability mechanics (SPF, DKIM, IP warmups, suppression lists).

• Data-driven mindset with experience building executive-level performance and ROI dashboards in HubSpot.

• Experience in Fintech or multi-market global campaigns is a strong plus.
