AI Automation Engineer (Marketing Operations)
About this job
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Creative Tech Lead. Your mission isn't to build raw AI models from scratch—it's to be the ultimate team force multiplier. You will design, connect, and deploy smart, automated workflows that eliminate manual grind across our marketing, creative, and growth pipelines.
Location: Singapore / Global
Why Join Us?
Direct Impact & Total Ownership: You won't be stuck doing manual audits or filling out spreadsheets. You'll sit at the intersection of tech and strategy, building pipelines that power our entire marketing engine.
Modern Tooling & No Legacy Red Tape: We move fast. You’ll have the autonomy to choose, test, and deploy best-in-class automation tools (n8n, Claude/OpenAI APIs, custom webhooks, Make) without waiting months for procurement approvals.
Build the Future of Marketing Ops: You’re not just automating standard tasks—you'll be designing AI memory databases, smart brand engines, and autonomous workflows that set the standard for how modern marketing teams operate.
Culture of Experimentation: We treat AI and automation as a continuous product space. You’ll have room to test ideas, run rapid prototypes, and iterate fast to build better systems.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Workflow Automation: Connect our marketing, content, and design tools with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) using n8n, Make, Zapier, and custom scripts to automate recurring tasks.
AI Asset & Knowledge Base Architecture: Build and maintain grounded AI/RAG memory databases so models deeply understand our brand guidelines, past creative assets, and tone of voice.
Production Prompt Engineering: Build, standardise, and maintain internal prompt and skill libraries so the team gets high-quality, reliable outputs every single time.
Tool & API Integration: Bridge disjunct systems (CRMs, CMS, ad platforms, creative tools) via APIs and webhooks to speed up reporting and content distribution.
Team Enablement: Train and empower marketing team members to adopt and use the automated tools and workflows seamlessly in their day-to-day work.
Requirements & Qualifications
The Builder Mindset: Proven experience building workflows using no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) and LLM APIs.
Scripting / Technical Depth: Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for custom API webhooks and data parsing.
Marketing Context: Solid grasp of creative briefs, ad performance data, and content distribution flows.
Pragmatic Problem Solver: Ability to evaluate when a lightweight automation hook works versus when a process requires a custom vector store or script.
