Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to support our B2B sales and business development activities in Singapore and overseas markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, following up on orders and payments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

As the company is expanding into overseas markets, particularly Australia and the United States, the candidate may be required to travel overseas for customer meetings, market development, trade exhibitions, and business follow-up.

This role is suitable for candidates who are proactive, customer-oriented, target-driven, and interested in growing their career in B2B sales, manufacturing, home furnishing, window covering, smart home products, or international trade.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop new B2B clients, including distributors, project contractors, interior designers, brands, retailers, and other business customers.
2. Follow up on sales leads and customer resources provided by the company.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to support repeat orders and long-term business cooperation.
4. Promote the company’s customised window covering solutions, including motorised and manual shades.
5. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, product information, and sales-related documents.
6. Follow up on customer orders, payment collection, delivery arrangements, and after-sales matters.
7. Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, warehouse, and finance, to ensure smooth order execution.
8. Support overseas market expansion activities, particularly in Australia and the United States, including customer meetings, market follow-up, trade exhibitions, and business development trips.
9. Participate in local or overseas exhibitions, trade shows, customer visits, and market development activities when required.
10. Monitor customer requirements, market feedback, and competitor activities, and report relevant information to management.
11. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
12. Prepare regular sales reports, customer follow-up updates, and market development reports as required.
    

Requirements:

- Minimum GCE A Level or equivalent.

- Prior sales experience will be an advantage, but candidates without relevant experience may also be considered if they have a good attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.

- Able to follow up with customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams.

- Proficient in English for daily work communication.

- Mandarin communication ability will be an advantage, as the role may involve coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, or overseas business partners.

- Basic Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Willing to travel overseas when required, especially for business development activities in Australia, the United States, and other overseas markets.

- Candidates with B2B sales, export sales, project sales, or distributor management experience will be preferred, but not compulsory.
