Assistant Project Manager (Grp C2)

Job Description

• Understand the subcontract scope of works
• Management of projects: budgeting, planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Lead a team of staff and workers to ensure the installation of electrical facilities is in accordance with the project plan and ensure safety compliance
• Review shop drawings and Prepare RFI to address on-site engineering issues
• Attend on-site meetings with clients, vendors and sub-contractors
• Prepare and Submit Material requisition form timely in accordance with site schedule and approved model
• Prepare progress payment claims and variation orders
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• At least a diploma in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in various Microsoft and Project Management software
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and accountability
