Job Summary

Deliver a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of preschool children through structured classroom management and active collaboration with parents.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of preschoolers
• Facilitate classroom routines including lessons, playtime, meal breaks, and rest periods to ensure a balanced daily schedule that supports child well-being
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide detailed updates on their child’s progress and developmental milestones, fostering a collaborative partnership
• Apply effective classroom management techniques to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in young learners

Required competencies and certifications

• ACEY or its equivalent

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Exhibit patience and a genuine passion for working with young children to support their growth and learning journey
