🕒 Work Type: Full-Time
📅 Work Days: 5–6 days/week (Shift work per Tori San operating hours: 11am-10pm)

Role Overview

As Store Supervisor, you will lead daily operations, support both FOH and BOH teams, and uphold excellent service and hygiene standards. This role suits individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and want to grow with an expanding brand.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Operations & Service

• Oversee daily store activities for smooth, efficient service.

• Maintain high customer service standards and handle feedback.

✔ Team Leadership

• Lead and support service/kitchen crew during shifts.

• Train new staff and enforce SOPs.

✔ Inventory & Admin

• Manage stock, ordering, and replenishment.

• Ensure SFA-compliant hygiene and assist with scheduling.

✔ Brand Values

• Uphold quality, sustainability, and waste-reduction practices.

Requirements

• 3 years of F&B experience (supervisory experience preferred).

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work efficiently under pressure.

• Basic English;

• Eligible: Singaporeans, PRs, Malaysians only.
