About this job
- Coach and guide employees, resolve operational issues, and act as a link between subordinates and upper management.
- Ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently and productively to support profitability and sustainable business growth.
- Demonstrate responsibility, honesty, and professionalism in all duties.
- Arrange daily stock levels and place orders for goods as required.
- Prepare staff schedules and arrange rest days to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Identify and implement solutions to address manpower shortages.
- Set performance goals and deadlines in line with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate expectations clearly to employees.
- Organise workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance.
- Handle employee and customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
